3.Believe in the change you want invest your heart into it .
4. Set up a concrete real achievable plan to reach your goals and shatter your limits
5.Make that sure your actions ,daily rituals ,thoughts and self talk match the change you want even if you dont feel that right now..your lo lishma will eventually become your lishma in other words your role play will eventaully become the game changing reality you seek.Again if you cannot do this yourself get outside help you are worth the effort
6.if you meet a wall make sure your determination and the importance of the change you seek are the sledgehammer that will break that wall or make the wall small enough for you to walk over

8.Make sure you live in your discomfort zone,unlimit yourself for your comfort zone is a box that will deny you the break through you seek.

9.Get outside help , be it a coach etc or someone who has your best interests at heart and make sure there is follow up to ensure that you have or are breaking through and sticking to the plan that you have set in motion

10. Keep your focus and dont let distractions cloud the vision to the awesome results you will achieve
