One of the most game changing rituals/commandments (mitzvot) we have in Torah is the, at least ,100 blessings we have to make daily and why?
Well there are many reasons that touch all the worlds but consider this:

When you are about to eat and you stop just beforehand and say a blessing on your apple etc you immediately recognize, acknowledge and condition yourself to the awesome reality that you are part of something so much greater than yourself and that means your own power is not limited to you but connected to the eternal awesomeness that is G-D cascading into every area of your life.
Its means that no matter how mundane you think your life is , no matter how blind you have thus far been to seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary ..you have many chances every day to wake to the best version of you as from street sweeper to prophet you matter and impact the world in all that you do..so power up with these beautiful opportunities to access your best ,true ,successful ,Divine eternally, fulfilling and great life which in itself is a blessing

There are more day to day examples of where most of us trust and it is not as foreign as many of us would like to think so here( in short) is a simple but deep formula to connect to G-D

Thank G-D:
If G-D is reality then every second of anything is a gift,pay attention to the miracles all around us in nature,the human body ,mind ,achievement etc

Trust G-D:
Do your maximum effort in everything , be aware, pay attention, check, research, question etc but Trust.When you trust you learn to let go of the nonsense grow from what makes sense and its okay not to know everything(admitting you do not know everything is true wisodm for then you continue to learn) and what you need to know will come with your persistent effort and you , your life, whatever happens is not random ,you matter your life matters

Transcend with G-D:
Now you are ready to realize that true control is giving control over to G-D and then suddenly your limitations shatter because you are not limited by for example" I am too embarrassed to speak up for myself" etc" G-D,who is infinity ,eternity the endless source of everything created me so I will and can do it" and then with the requisite effort you will find that, that which you expected to take a long time becomes more achievable in shorter periods of time etc

You decide consciously and sub consciously due to habit where you are going to invest your energy but most of us are not aware that it is our energy we are investing and suddenly we find out that we are
Exhausted
Burned out
Not motivated
prone to lashing out

The more energy aware you become the better broker you will be and the more energy you will consistently have as you will be  aware of what or whom you are allowing to drain  your energy or where you are unnecessarily investing your energy or where you should invest your energy
You will pay more attention to
Toxic influences
Toxic environments
Toxic pastimes etc as well as other energy drainers

The more energy aware you are the more you will realize that you have to work and invest in working cycles for example,as Robin Sharma says a 90 minute intense work cycle and then a 10 minute break and then you will work less but do more by preserving  and renewing your energy

The more energy aware you are you will realize that you need a weekly renewal where you are in  an environment,atmosphere and mindset  so pleasing and relaxing etc that  not  much energy is required and you get a massive recharge
G-D has given us  the beautiful gift of Shabbat(The Sabbath)  to renew , recharge, reconnect to whats truly important and energy friendly on all levels, and nothing is more energy friendly than  giving it all over to Hashem( G-D)

Your energy is your life, invest it well  ,conserve it well, renew it well

DONT TAKE AWAY THE POSSIBLE
Is there a word for impossible in Biblical hebrew?

As far as I know, I really could be wrong , there is not.Even in modern hebrew the word for impossible is בלתי אפשרי even here it is not one word but you "not"(בלתי) and "possible" (אפשרי) and only when you put them together doe they mean impossible, when you add the"not" taking away the possible.

So in other words when YOU take away the possible you are left with the impossible.IMPOSSIBLE should be a curse word for it is open for definition, malleable , flexible very accommodating depending on who is saying it and it is especially easy to say for those who are acolytes of average and voluntarily incarcerate themselves in a hub of complacency,self doubt ,and laziness not striving constantly for the best version of themselves

So when you fully accept and "allow" G-D in you will find that
I cant
impossible and similar victim words
will become heinous curse words because they deny you ,your family, your nation and indeed the world of the ever growing best version of you
