In others words what you project is what others will see.The thoughts you think lead to the actions you do and what others start to think.
If you understood even a little how amazing you are and the unbelievable potential G-d has packed within you and what Eternal worth G-d has filled you with...Then like King Solomon ,who according to Midrash was dethroned by ashmodai melech hasheidim for about 40 years and all he had was his stick but as it says he was King of his stick.He had nothing but knew who he was and what he was worth and so eventually returned to the throne.

As then your negative ego has no stage because it does not matter
Your fears have nothing to hold on to because it is not about you ,it is always and only about Hashem
Your previously self perceived limits no longer matter as with Hashem anything and everything is always possible in accordance with Hashem's will

You understand that your self worth is not for sale as it was never up for sale , Hashem gave it to you and noone can change it

You never feel "Is that all there is to life?"because we only compare ourselves to Hashem and being that we are part of Hashem but will never be Hashem we will always be able to soar higher and higher to new levels of Growth,Joy,Quality,Holiness,Fulfillment,Achievement etc

When you fall,no matter how many times, as you know no matter how far you fall you are never beyond Hashem's reach and so you always get back up

You never feel insignificant knowing that noone can ever be you ,you are the best you that Hashem has given the world and is needed in the world.

Your words,feelings,actions ,reactions etc are never dictated or imprisoned by those of others but only impacted by Hashem and so you transcend starting to taste the magnificent Divinely forged Authenticity that is you ..no matter your age or circumstances

So put in the effort..Hashem knows you are worth it..so should you.Open your hearts and start feeling true fteedom in Hashem's loving embrace.

So many preach about ways to raise one's self worth, I would like to suggest that that is impossible- Why?
You were created by G-d ,totally unique, there will never ever be anyone quite like you. Noone can ever fill your shoes but you.

Most importantly your self worth was given to you by G-d , nothing and noone can harm it , reduce it or do anything to it..it is infinite and only soars to infinity and beyond

Your job is to give yourself permission to learn about ,acknowledge and embrace how Divinely awesome you are and just how infinite and Eternal your self worth is being a part of the Ultimate Self that is G-d

G-d created the world for you , as we are told in Masechet( Tractate) Sanhedrin. That is a minute hint as to how much G-d loves you ,What a privilege , what an honor, what a responsibility ....there is not greater validation of your Eternal Self Worth

Dont give away your self worth because in truth you can't

If it were not for Righteous Women.....

We have to do what we need to do and leave Divine planning to G-d
If it were not for Righteous Women we would not have had Moshe Rabeinu(Moses)
If it were not for Righteous Women the men would have given up under such suffering in Egypt
If it were not for Righteous Women we would not have become a nation
If it were not for Righteous Women we would not have received the Torah ..and the list goes on

The word for male in hebrew is zachar( זכר) which has the same root letters as the word as Lehazkeer(להזכיר),to remind.
If we never had the holy greatness of women to remind us of who we are and bring light to our paths we would lose our way.

This Shabbat take a look at the chairs around your table that are filled.Remember the families whose chairs are empty and will never be filled again by those who are gone.Think of the Ariel family seeing 13yr old Hallel's chair empty. Remember the Mark family of 10 looking at the head of the table and seeing the empty chair of Rabbi Michael Mark......Filter out petty ego nonsense and cherish everyone and everything, life is too precious to waste it on the fleeting, focus on love ,gratitude, growth always taking it higher and higher.

It is so Geshmack(sorry but Yiddish says it best here) when your child asks you a question that has perplexed them and when Hashem gives you the answer and you clarify it to them you see their souls light up so beautifully that you feel your soul bursting forth.

I have to tell you that I have just had it with  sectarianism ,that is what destroyed the Beit Mikdash as it led to Lashon Hara.
People always thinking that they have all the answers and that their way is the only way.
Well I have news NOONE today has reached the ideal way of serving G-d because if they had the whole nation would have followed ,as doing what we were created to do opens hearts and lights fires within , joining all the sparks .

I think that everyone has to do what they at this time believe is the way for them to go.If you believe yours is closest to the right way become a shining example of it and if it is, you will change the nation and the world one person at a time just through your interactions.

Stick by your customs etc but do not hate or judge others for not doing what you do,leave the judging to G-d .Your way is not so perfect that it has brought the Redemption , so you have too much work to do on yourself to be judging or disliking others for being different to you.

Learn to love the light in everyone like G-d does , be open to learning , growing, changing etc

G-d created us and knows we have different journeys, we are not clones of each other but we are connected , where the body separates ,the soul unites.

SO DO NOT BE SECULAR ,CHAREIDI, TRADITIONAL, DATI LEUMI, CHAREIDI LEUMI..and other nonsense
BE A JEW..AND SEE THE JEW in others not the label
Live your life where you are on the spectrum of your growth and destiny and let others live theirs

Why I go and Daven at Kivrei Tzaddikim

If you knew exactly where THE Mount Sinai was today and someone who had no idea of what went on there over 3000 years ago went up the mountain or close to it, they might be bored,or enjoy at some level the little hike etc

However someone fully spiritually connected to the Torah ,making the Torah a part of every area of their lives and has heard and learnt about what happened when Moses went up Sinai, where G-d "spoke" to him and gavethe 10 commandments etc, might come to where the actual Mount Sinai is and probably feel something indescribably uplifting, a feeling that reaches the deep recesses of their soul, an immediate connection through time to that pivotal moment in world history ,basically be overwhelmed by so much,and a feeling of such closeness to G-d...a life changing experience, a Divine validation.

In other words when we realize what has happened ,occurred in a certain place and we make an effort to be connected to what happened just being at that place adds wings to our souls and we soar, our prayers there ,even though G-d is available to us anywhere, simply enter a different dimension and with heartfelt Kavannah(intention,direction) we leave there a different person.

It is told that the righteous leave an impact wherever they are and were due to the lives they led, changing towns cities ,communities etc.

The Baba Sali זצוק"ל ,for example,lived with us and also on another dimension of spiritual existence, a life of purity of deed ,intention etc,holiness, goodness ,changing the lives of so many and the country as a whole even today. To go and daven there is not about the Kever it is about the imprint of holiness that Baba Sali has left there..Baba Sali is soaring higher and higher as a beautiful melitz Yosher for all of Am Yisrael

When I walked into the room where the Kever is, suddenly tears welled up ,it was as if my many sins were screaming with regret and my soul wanted to move past them.I hope I am not the same person that went in there this morning

The righteous teach us much but one important thing is that you make an impact,like no other, you were created totally unique by G-d.Continue to take it higher and higher ,strive to gift the world with the continuously best version of you at any one time.
