What an awesome privilege to be a coach, it is a profession that helps people choose to discover by themselves their unique inner treasure chest of greatness that will enrich and empower their lives whenever they need it enabling them to reach goals and dreams previously thought unreachable.
Although as yet I am not employed in this profession, which for me is more of a calling, a life mission, there is no greater value and honor than when a person opens and shares their journey with me allowing me to travel with them a short while.
No amount of money that I will eventually earn will ever match the privilege and experience of witnessing a person flourish when they acknowledge and start to open their inner treasure chest of greatness.

If you believe that you are random ,an accident,nothing more than the result of a big bang then you dont matter,you are nothing more than a piece of paper that the wind blew.There is no true purpose ,meaning ,morality etc..its all random and people can do or feel what they want.....law and order?..who cares ..its just made by a larger number of random accidents..Feelings !!!!..who cares..its all random,an accident.....means nothing in the big picture
HOWEVER
If you believe there is a bigger plan,an ultimate cause, direction, meaning,purpose to everyone and everything whether we understand it or not
then you believe in G-D whether you acknowledge it now or not and you go from being and accident, random, a waste to being

Being that we were not born perfect but given the ability to strive for perfection which is only G-D and being that we will never be G-D we will always be growing we are thus all at some level looking for Redemption .

Given our unique awesome standing as a creation of G-D, we should feel thrilled ,excited because we are never stuck unless we choose to be, consciously or subconsciously, we are never locked into anything that we do not choose to hold on to.We can constantly present the world with a better version of ourselves at home,in business, in our relationships etc elevating ourselves, and the world us along with us..until the eventual ultimate Redemption.It does take some effort,practice ,habit changing ,dedication etc but now you know you are worth the fight,worth the effort

The greatness of coaching in my opinion is that a person discovers by themselves ,with the coach as a guide, that they have a cosmic rich inner world with incredible treasures that are their potential ,abilities, strengths, resources etc , everything they need or will ever need to face, overcome, deal with ,achieve, succeed, feel fulfilled etc thus shattering preconceived limits and reaching goals that seemed at one time unreachable .

The term “Coaching” literally comes from an old Anglo-Saxon word for a carriage,
which is something that takes you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Basically coaching is a vehicle to transport a client from where he is now in his life to where he wants to be.
Coaching is the art of facilitating the performance, learning and development of another.
Unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance.
Coaching closes the divide between thinking about doing and actually doing
Coaching is about performing at your best through the individual and private assistance of someone who will challenge, stimulate and guide you to keep growing
Coaching is about getting results and helping clients understand their way of generating problems.
Coaching will assist a client in defining what they want, removing obstacles, setting goals

Many preach their religions by threats and present it in a way that if you dont do what G-d said then you are in for it, even doomed

I see it differently,sure we all have a responsibility but G-D is love, G-D has a plan which being that we are the created and not the Creator we will never truly understand which is"logical" but we know somehow it is for our benefit

My mission is not to show you what will happen to you if you dont do what G-D says but to show what you can become in all areas of your entire life when you open yourself to connect to G-D

To help you reveal your true value to yourself and the world, to help you stop scratching the tip of the iceberg but to grasp the entire ocean and tap in to the awesomeness of your unique strengths ,abilities and all round greatness contributing to the world as only you can no matter your situation,station ,circumstances ,means or age
