A person caught in what he thought was a tedious meaningless job that took him away from the family that he so badly wanted to be with started his way to depression

He saw no. way out, just the mundane tick tocking of daily routine and work that he thought robbed him of true meaning ,lasting joy and the closeness he desired with his family.

To cut a very long story short,he eventually started to see each moment as a world and then each day.
Slowly with renewed determination in those moments he freed himself of thinking what might be .

He freed himself of past anchors and worry and focused on the moment.
He found thus the clarity to think ,to maximize ,to appreciate to hope ,to enjoy.

when you feel there has to be more to life.... Is lack of direction or purpose your King?

In all these and thousands of more times you are faced with the choice of reaffirming who is your King , giving in to he who would storm the castle walls or admitting the need to find a new King

If G-d is your King....allow HIM to be your King of Kings.....giving nothing and noone else Kingship over your life and then you when you are connected to eternity ,to infinity granting Kingship to the reality that is G-D

Then you are never boxed in

There is always hope

You feel the excitement of being unlimited,free as anything and everything is possible with G-D

And you know that with the right amount of effort,even outside help if necessary no anger,ego,temptation, stress ,tension can ever hope to remain King....for in the face of the King of Kings(מלך מלכי המלכים) they have no chance

3.When crossing a road at a traffic light you decide to help an elderly person across

4.Someone was having a bad day and you took the the time to listen

5.You walked past a guard in a shopping mall and said good morning

6.You were going to get a cup of coffee at work ,there was one cup left and you decided to let another person waiting have it

7.Someone shared something with you and you showed an interest because it was important to them

8.When seeing someone at the store you gave them an honest compliment

9.You had an opportunity to say I told you so to someone and decided not to make them feel bad

I could give you thousands of seemingly innocuous examples that could happen in a typical day

But yet the impact you might have without realizing it could be life changing for the other person

Lets go through the examples

1.The person could have been contemplating suicide and your smile gave them a sudden injection of hope that they decided to postpone

2.The older person could be all alone and you getting up for them gave them a strong memory that will always give their self esteem a boost

3.That elderly person might just have lost a friend or family member that used to walk with them and help them cross the road and along you come and ease their pain even if it is just for one crossing

4.Your listening to the person might just be what they needed to move forward positively with their day and in some cases their lives

5.The guard is used to being ignored and your good morning just brightened his/her day

6.That person might be under a lot of pressure and not been able to get up from their desk the entire day and all they were looking forward to is a great cup of coffee and you gave that to them

7.Showing an interest in something someone gives you shows respect ,care etc and goes along way to solidifying relationships and correcting negative conclusions people might have jumped to about you or about people in general

8. A compliment might just be the boost a person needed to face a harrowing day ahead

9. A person might already feel terrible about a mistake and you not saying I told you so might give them the relief they need to forgive themselves and move on

THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF MORE WAYS THAT YOU, NO MATTER YOUR LIFE OR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES,COULD POSITIVELY IMPACT ANOTHERS LIFE AND AT TIMES EVEN SAVE THEM KNOWINGLY OR EVEN WITHOUT REALIZING IT

SO HAVE THE HUMILITY TO KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT COMPREHEND THE POSITIVE IMPACT YOU HAVE ON PEOPLES LIVES

TRUST THAT G-D KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND THAT YOU ARE PROBABLY POSITIVELY CHANGING PEOPLES LIVES ON A DAILY BASIS WHETHER YOU ARE A STREET WEEPER OR A PRIME MINISTER

I do know that in the endless universe of stars and galaxies we are we smaller than dust physically
So true wisdom is understanding that the thought cannot understand the thinker,we dont know everything and that is okay
However the ingenious human body ,ecology ,fauna,flora,photosynthesis ,osmosis,germination,pollination ,the fact that the earth is placed at the exact point that allows life one degree towards the sun we burn ,one degree away from the sun we freeze..etc etc etc ad infinitum shows a clear non random order in the world

The I is under pressure attacked by anger , frustration,peer pressure, insults,Jealously,the need to be liked,criticism,anxiety ,being over sensitive,stress blame etc

Some think when you give it all over to G-D you lose the I ,lose yourself,lose your individuality....

That could not be further from the truth

When you give it over to G-D ,its all about G-D so if someone does not react the way you think they should..you are not getting angry ,for example not getting anchored down by your anger....You are with your eyes open,with sober awareness... realizing that this challenge is from G-D...you are going to express your disagreement in a most respectful considerate manner that sanctifies G-D's name..even if it is a most difficult issue that needs to be expressed, you express your feelings without judgement..your endeavor to understand where the other is coming from,take nothing as a personal insult(its not about you its about G-D).....if they persist you realize that anger will just make things worse and even if harsh steps have to be taken..noone needs things to spiral out of control so no matter what the other says or does you proceed with intentions not clouded by anger.....in other words you transcend the I....your natural inclination to insult,name call ,berate ,etc....and hopefully in the end keep the doors open to resolution...

When you give it all over to G-D you dont lose the- I -you transcend the - I -leaving it intact not wounded by pressure ,insults ,frustrations ,keeping up with the joneses etc..and so you are free to be the true you unhindered by petty nonsense and continue growing to your G-D given potential and a consistently improving quality of life...... a lot of effort YES...you are worth it G-D thinks ..so should you(Obviously for the nit pickers there are always unique situations which require different measures and perspectives)

We are full of criticism

Well here is the question: Who lives the more ,joy filled,positive and fulfilling life?

The one who learns to forgive or the one who holds a grudge

The one who sees the best in people or the one who see the worst

The one who tries to understand or the one who take everything the wrong way

etc etc etc

I think the answer is clear however your choice will detemine the quality of your life
