Commit yourself today to stop looking for fault in others and in yourself by replacing a "judgemental" attitude with a "curious" attitude. Try to UNDERSTAND NOT JUDGE. Ask yourself: What's going on with this person What can I learn from this situation? What other qualities do I like about this person?. If you free yourself from the desire to make others wrong, you'll free yourself from the desire to make yourself wrong; and you'll have tons more energy to find the positive in your life.
