Are you a blameaholic?
It is easier for you to blame?
If so consider:
When you blame you make certain the problem will ensue for in blaming you absolve yourself from any part ,any responsibility whatsoever. So if the other party does not make amends or do what you want nothing will change and you will be stuck giving birth to stress , frustration, grudges ,needless suffering etc

Even if you think you are right , do not immerse yourself in blame but own the situation becoming proactive and doing something positive and effective so that you can move forward even if the other party chooses to stagnate and then live your authentically beautiful life.

Take your power( of choice ) back...G-D gave it to you...and leave what you thought has to be behind and open yourself up to what positively can be.
G-d knows you are worth the effort , time you thought so too.

Find some wow ,excitement, feel positively alive, rejuvenated
Let your authenticity shine forth etc
That mindset , a gift from G-D , is what I like to call the "Kedoshim Tihyu"( You will be holy),the Redemption mindset,accessible to every single one of us, always fluid taking us higher.

The verse reads"You will be holy because I am  holy. Hashem your G-D."..( Vayikra).Is it not enough to say "You will be holy" ..it is written in the Torah ..we know it is G-D  and we know  G-d is Holy so why add "..because I am  holy, Hashem your G-D.?"I would like to suggest that the Torah is telling us here compare yourself to noone but G-D, so when others give up or have reached their limits you carry on going because being that we will never be G-D but always be a part of G-D yet will still compare ourselves only to G-D  and have an obligation to emulate G-D's "traits" according to what G-D reveals to us, we never remain static we continue  growing no matter who we are , where we are or how we are.

As long as  G-D is our goal we will never stop and thus on the way live the richest life possible according to our continuously revealed higher selves at any one time no matter our circumstances....

KEDOSHIM TIHYU( YOU WILL BE HOLY)- THE GREATEST MINDSET FOR YOUR GREATEST LIFE

An important stress reliever in almost any situation is if you learn about, learn to understand,inculcate, instill in yourself the habit that G-D has the stopwatch and not you.
The stress is then reduced for whatever you face you know ,even if you do not understand ,that your higher good is at play and there is a plan ,meaning etc that is ultimately for your benefit.
When you realize that to have some control you have to understand that you have no control and that is all in G-D's "hands"then finally you will find and feel the control in your life that will endure and empower without stress at the very least with greatly diminished stress.

10 Tenets of Resilience

1.Nothing can knock you so far down that G-d cannot bounce you back from if you so choose.

2.No matter how many times you fall getting up is always possible as noone keeps you down but you ,for even if your body wants to stay down your soul always yearns to soar.

3.Noone and nothing can change or influence your self worth and significance as they were given to you by G-D so don't act as if they can

4.You are the captain of your heart noone and/or nothing gets in without your permission.

5.Whenever you think you have reached your limits remember G-D has barely begun and so in acknowledging your part of G-D,giving your soul dominion over your body ,your limits continue to expand.

6. Find a WHY that is bigger than you,connect ,be present totally in it and then you will find the stamina for any HOW.There is no bigger WHY than G-D.

7.When you accept that G-D has the stopwatch and not you, you will keep on coming back ,pouring your best into each moment in the knowledge that when the time is right G-D will show you the results you truly need.

8. When your positive actions exceed your excuses and complaints you will gain the elasticity to help you bounce back and higher than before.

9.Let Hakarat Hatov(gratitude for the lack of a better word in english but still does not come close to grasping the true meaning) be your life lens and then the power of your Hakarat Hatov will empower your resilience.

10.Your self talk and your thoughts eventually ripple into every part of your body ,influence your words , deeds ,reactions etc.Ensure that they are congruent with resilience then your body will follow and your mind will set to engage what you must and let go of that which would you leave in the dust.

Most fall off the precipice into their abyss of despair, at times,just before the helicopter arrives ."Hang on" stamina is built on the circuit of Bitachon(Trust in G-d) in the gym of Emuna(faith,belief that G-D is running the show and has a plan).
While training we have to understand that G-D has the stopwatch,not us, and if we want to build our stamina,build our lives , find fulfillment we have to keep on training and let G-D decide when we should move along the circuit.
Hold on in hebrew is להחזיק מעמד ,(lehachzik ma'amad).The world להחזיק has the word חזק,strong, in it and the word מעמד has עמד the root of the to stand in it .

When we persist and persevere with Bitachon and Emuna ..we learn to stand strong and weather the storm on our way to the greatest version of ourselves that G-D will allow.

Why is giving the secret to Living?
There are many views on the issue, here is one:
When you are totally immersed in yourself , the lens through which you see everyone and everything is " whats in it for me because it is all about me"

When you work on being self..less you make space in your life , in your world view for others, their wants , their needs ,choices, self expression etc and you know that it is not all about you and you know that giving is the bridge to living as when you give,wholeheartedly, you connect..positively.You see when you understand that it is not all about you it must be about something to do with others.
You then find yourself noticing the world around you and then you find yourself being more aware of others ,the impact of what you say and do on others and indeed the world which leads you to being more self aware of the impact of others etc on you , how you feel, how you act , react etc.This gives you the opportunity to grow ,not to stagnate ,to exit your comfort zone, to find new horizons, to get to know your self better, to find wow, excitement, more enthusiasm ,more joy ,quality and fulfillment that are natural by products of authentic growth...and to build relationships that have the best chances of enduring.

Now taking it to the next level:

When you do not just understand that it is not all about you but being a part of something bigger than you,you find a why and when you connect to a healthy positive why that empowers the authentic you ,you will give what ever is needed for the why to remain yours.What follows is that your giving will not be conditional upon what others , say or do for you true why will always be in front of you and you will be free to strive to be the best version of the authentic you that you can be at anyone time

You don't get any bigger than G-D ,you don't get any more positive than G-d,you don't get any more empowering than G-D
The word for gave in hebrew is נתן ,natan, which spells the same word backwards or forwards because when you give you truly get and when you truly get from giving that is when you are truly living

This week's Parsha ,Vaera , in my opinion starts with the ultimate Emuna ..eternal life transfusion.
G-D spoke to Moshe and said to him" I am Hashem"-Vaera 6:2
and then proceeds to tell Moshe among others a message for Am Yisrael.
Why begin with or even say" I am Hashem"?
Rashi mentions to show that Hashem is "Neeman...trustworthy...that Hashem will fulfill His covenant with the Avot etc .."
Rashi I would suggest is hinting at something life changing, sure Moshe knew it was G-D but the emphasis on" I am Hashem " is telling us there is a plan, what is meant to be will be , whatever happens has meaning and is for our benefit and the overall benefit of all existence.So whatever goes on in our lives whether we understand it or not , our lives matter , we matter and are a totally unique part of the ultimate Divine Design that continually takes ourselves and the world higher in Hashem's loving Embrace.
So hear G-D telling you daily "Ani Hashem"..I am G-D....face your day with the emancipating release of Emuna....G-D can handle it and has you covered
