10 Tenets of Resilience
1.Nothing can knock you so far down that G-d cannot bounce you back from if you so choose.
2.No matter how many times you fall getting up is always possible as noone keeps you down but you ,for even if your body wants to stay down your soul always yearns to soar.
3.Noone and nothing can change or influence your self worth and significance as they were given to you by G-D so don't act as if they can
4.You are the captain of your heart noone and/or nothing gets in without your permission.
5.Whenever you think you have reached your limits remember G-D has barely begun and so in acknowledging your part of G-D,giving your soul dominion over your body ,your limits continue to expand.
6. Find a WHY that is bigger than you,connect ,be present totally in it and then you will find the stamina for any HOW.There is no bigger WHY than G-D.
7.When you accept that G-D has the stopwatch and not you, you will keep on coming back ,pouring your best into each moment in the knowledge that when the time is right G-D will show you the results you truly need.
8. When your positive actions exceed your excuses and complaints you will gain the elasticity to help you bounce back and higher than before.
9.Let Hakarat Hatov(gratitude for the lack of a better word in english but still does not come close to grasping the true meaning) be your life lens and then the power of your Hakarat Hatov will empower your resilience.
10.Your self talk and your thoughts eventually ripple into every part of your body ,influence your words , deeds ,reactions etc.Ensure that they are congruent with resilience then your body will follow and your mind will set to engage what you must and let go of that which would you leave in the dust.
