Blame-a-aholic Psychosis
I cant come to work with the feeling.......
She made me say........
If he did not do that I would not have had to......
He made me angry/upset......
The list is endless..sound familiar This psychosis has become almost a societal norm..its easy to blame the problem is when you blame you You divest yourself of any power or reason to change ,grow, improve, make amends if necessary, find a solution and you put all the responsibility on the situation or the other person and then unless the situation changes or the other person does in a way that you want things stay the same and the same bad results ensue, marriages end ,relationships suffer, jobs are lost, destruction follows
Blame is the weapon of the complacent,it is another wall in the prison of ones comfort zone, the medication of those resigned to where they are and see no where else to go.
Blame is for those who try and run away from the greatness within themselves seeing themselves as victims as casualties of their circumstances instead of as the champions that they can be
So what to do....work ,practice,put the effort in,dont give up,the mettle of a soulboss is harder than any metal.When you see yourself as a soul with a body you acknowledge a connection to the infinite, to G-D, to infinite power ,potential , to unlimit yourself because its never you its always
and only G-D.
Just like the drop in the ocean ,once in the ocean it has the power of the mighty ocean connected to the entire ocean , more power and potential than it could ever have as a drop separate from the ocean

That noone makes you angry,upset etc....YOU CHOOSE IT

Bad habits due to years practice seem like they are not choices but they are until you made them a habit and now you have to choose to make a different habit and not let up until it takes the place of the old one..and that takes time and relentless practice
Excuses are the enforcers of your fears you are inviting in to prevent you from living your greatest life, pouring your genius into the world
The cure for a blama -a aholic is responsibility and action..this can be maximized to more than world class when you are open and willing to believe in yourself, the greatness that G-D has instilled within you.The legendary potential that only you have as there is noone like you but you .
When you can appreciate that as less than a speck of dust in the cosmos the Creator and Maintainer of all that was is and will ever be thought you were worth creating,thought it is worth being available to you always ,being a part of your life, being with you always,loves you then from nothing you become something, the mundane immediately turns into the majestic, the impossible sounds reasonable,you matter, you are important ,G-D believes in you , you are always worth the effort When you learn to appreciate yourself for who you are,your values, your dreams etc in the framework of your chosen belief /value system and not who others tell you , you should be ,to blame others would be an insult to the value that you can add by taking action ,seeing where you can grow , contribute and being a vehicle of blessing ,achievement and fulfillment

Just because something is right it does not make it right, before we dress up in self righteousness we should

Put ourselves in the others shoes as them not us
Be aware of
circumstances in general
mitigating circumstances
timeline
timing
a persons mood , mindset and intention
exactly who we are talking to( the good they have done ,what they mean to us etc)
the whole picture,all sides, context
Put in Perspective
Consider their sensitivities and needs
Learn to be ,depending on the situation,
forgiving
understanding( which does not mean agreement)
identifying ,connecting( which does not mean justifying)
Acknowledge
a persons point no matter what you think of it
the dilemmas, frustrations etc
any effort etc that was put in
describe a situation dont evaluate or judge, leave that to G-D be solution focused( any others issues can be dealt with at a more opportune time)

I want you to do an exercise:
For just two days whenever you talk to yourself , think to yourself ,in whatever situation refer to yourself as a fool then
For the next two days whenever you talk to yourself , think to yourself in whatever situation no matter how challenging or whatever mistakes you make etc refer to yourself as a world class winner
Lets use two examples
I was such a fool to say that!!!
I am a world class winner I shouldnt have said that!!!
Whether you believe the positive or negative reference or not you will see that just by using the negative reference you are not going to feel that great about yourself
However when you use the positive empowering reference you will whether you believe it or not feel just a little better about yourself
Now just imagine the damage you would be doing to yourself if you actually believed and referred to yourself everyday using this negative reference
Just the imagine empowering ,inspiring influence on you , and your life when you use and believe the positive reference appropriately without any hubris,arrogance etc
We are talking about just one word here, imagine the change , the upgrade, the life you could if you change your self talk scripts wherever they are needed in every area of your life

So many of us feel boxed in ,limited,stressed ,pressured,anxious because among other reasons we see no hope,no other options,possibilities , no other way ,choice , feel trapped etc and as a result we create among others" end of world ",worst case" scenarios etc with harmful consequences to our bodies,ourselves,those with whom we interact , our lives in general etc
One option is to "program ourselves" to think ,consider etc in an unlimited ,non boxed in way so that we keep our options open and thus no matter what situation we are in we never lose hope and dont think that there is absolutely nothing else we can do
This would do wonders for our state of mind,our mental ,physical health etc
The ultimate way would be to connect wholeheartedly to G-D as when we do that we are infused with the infinite,eternal and would with constant effort and maintenance never feel boxed in etc or at the very least be equipped to jump out of the box
However until we learn to do that adequately and fully consider the following unlimiting words.
Think about them,consider them, visualize a few times daily until they become second nature and then once they do you will feel less trapped ,boxed in, etc and experience reduced anxiety stress etc.
Your success and level of feeling less trapped ,boxed in etc is commensurate with the thought,effort,follow up and maintenance etc that you are prepared to invest

Has technology ,all the brilliant advances,the inventions etc solved societies woes,true, the advancements in medicine help us live longer physically but we hear of many at the pinnacle of health who drop dead for no reason.Is there less suicide?less greed? less murder ? less crime?less jealousy? less corruption? less succumbing to base temptation ? are people more at peace with themselves,more relaxed?happier? etc etc...some would say we are worse off today..all the gadgets have just filled our day with more fleeting things to do..instead of appreciating all the many gifts,miracles and beauty

P.ERSONAL.E.TERNAL P.OWER-as only G-D could give us
If you took a second to conjure up in your thoughts a fictional story with fictional characters,those thoughts,those characters cannot truly comprehend you at all,the thought cannot contemplate thinker.You know what the characters will do ,how the story plays out what"choices" they will make because you are the story,which was formed in your mind, by your thoughts in your existence
BUT
within the context of that story they have free choice.So too to some extent with G-D we cannot truly contemplate G-D at all we learn from our interactions with G-D enlightened by the knowledge ,experience etc that we learn and acquire.
G-D doesnt exist G-D is existence so therefore through using the thought/thinker analogy the paradox of G-D knowing exactly what we will do ,what , how it all plays out etc and us still having free choice is in this case most logical.
Just an added point if there was no free choice there would be no need for reward and punishment.By extrapolation having free choice within the story that is our existence,our lives means that while G-D is not powerful but is power , being given awesome personal eternal( as it is from G-D)power to make our choices, to grow etc is also most logical
