To get the most out of coaching the following are critical
1.To really want to get the most out of coaching
2.To be clear what you want to get out of Coaching
3.To believe that you can get not only what you want but what you need out of coaching( G-D believes in you , so should you)
4.To be open ,willing to consider all options that are within your current value/moral system
5.To be brutally honest with yourself
6.To be willing to change, to work ,raise your standard,put in the effort and do the follow up that is necessary to effect the change you want and to sustain it
7.To take responsibility and own the steps,the suggestions etc that you choose to implement from each coaching session
8.To know or at the very least to want to know and truly feel that you are worth the effort
9.To be willing to be fully present in what you seek to achieve from Coaching
10.To realize that at the beginning and at the end of the day G-D has the stopwatch not you so be patient with yourself and with G-D
