Each state of mind has its own national language.

Be aware of the state of mind you are in for it ripples in to your language, tone,actions ,reactions etc
Become multilingual
so that maybe when you see you are speaking ,for example, the language of anger you can actively choose to speak the language of gratitude which will help you change your state of mind from anger to that of gratitude
