You can only teach people when you reach them and rapport is the bridge but to be sturdy the bridge needs connection.
Preaching,dominating,dictating,lecturing etc never leads to connection but more to rejection.
Sometimes a deep connection is made just by being totally present in what someone is sharing with you, the non verbal connection has a stamina like no other.
