Discover how you influence the world: Take time to see the ‘Human Ripple Effect’, i.e. how those people you influence, influence others, who influence others, who influence others, who influence others…
Example: I gave a book to a friend and they were inspired by the message – they gave the book to their mother who was inspired by the message and used it in her workshop – the people in the workshop were inspired by the messages being taught from the book – each one went home and shared it with their children – one of the children overcame a challenge due to the inspiration.
Exercise:
1. Write down an action that you did.
2. Who did it influence and how?
3. How did that influence get them to influence another?
4. How did that influence get them to influence another?
5. Keep following the ripple effects of your action until you have exhausted all avenues of your influence.
