If you know that G-D always loves you,realize how much G-D has forgiven you for etc then before every action,deed,reaction etc ask yourself
Will what I am about to do ,say ,act react etc show gratitude to Hashem for all His unbelievable ,miracles ,blessings,love,forgiveness etc?
