The significance of a birthday is lost on me .....for each day that G-d grants me life
Is a day for celebration
A day that shows that I mean something ,I matter no matter my circumstance
A day to feel special and Divinely unique
A day to dance with gratitude for each second of life
A day where each meal is a meal of thanksgiving(seudat hodaya)
A day to cherish and treasure my loved ones and the glorious privilege of having them in my life
Each day is literally a new lease on life...a birthday....just consider how many did not open their eyes again this morning
