If you believe in G-D and choose to be a control freak here is some news:
When you think you are in control you are not- G-D is, so why not release the self imposed pressure ,stress,anxiety to be in control and open your heart truly and totally to G-D,give over control because it is not yours anyway and then truly feel dominion of the life you have always been able to lead but did not realize it or accept it.There is no more powerful a person than he/she who realizes and accepts where the true Source and Reality of Positive Enduring Power is and that can only be achieved on a continually strengthened foundation of Emunah("faith") and Bitachon("trust")fueled by an all encompassing gratitude for the never ending multitude of miracles and blessings that are in our lives and can be in our lives.
