When you cling to G-d fully you detach easily from the dictates of the body
That is why certain Rabbanim, including Rav Tvi Yehuda HaKohen Kook have been able to have operations without anesthetic.
This not something for anyone to attempt only those on that level of Deveikut know that they can do it
What we need to do is increase Deveikut then everything changes in it's time
