The traditional toast is LeChaim!!!(To Life)
I would to change it,life is a gift,every second a miracle ,never a given or a foregone conclusion.
To show our gratitude we need to 'as the Torah
tells , us "Choose Life.."
So my toast is "LeChaim Im Chaim"(To life with life)
Live life to the positive fullest with whatever G-d has given you at any one point in your life.
