It is so easy to lapse into despair when the horizon continues to seem empty.Holding on seems less and less worthwhile .Despair breeds tunnel vision and we lose sight of what we have , have had and what can be.
The Defibrillator of Despair is learning to be grateful and let gratitude into our hearts, the more we train this muscle of gratitude the more fit we become to bench press life and see some beautiful light
