When your focus is doing it all for G-d you dont lose your individuality, your authenticity etc in fact you boost it and empower it
BECAUSE-when you you do it all for G-d
You are not held back by petty grudges, expectations , conditions, issues ,image to hold up ,herd mentality etc you are free to be you in the best possible way independent of what or how people , because of who they choose to be at any one time,..think, act ,react ,express themselves etc
