How?
Let us say you choose 60 minute Cycles or even take Robin Sharma's advice and choose 90 minutes Cycles
In the Cycle of your choice be totally engaged in what you are supposed to do/want to do,a total multi sensory onslaught .Make your work environment distraction free
The after your cycle is up, drop what you are doing, if possible go to another room,place etc and totally let go , unwind,let the wind out , relax, recharge for 10 minutes.
Do this throughout each day, fight hard to do it, and you will achieve so much more ,adding amazing value wherever you are and never burn out.
Never forget a weekly weekend recharge where you find clarity, you realign with your highest values, what is truly important to you, your ultimate "Why" and face the new week refreshed, rejuvenated and realigned
No better weekly recharge than Shabbat
