What gets us into a state of mental or emotional strain or tension?
Our thoughts and interpretation of what happens to us and goes on around us
Build a new armory of :
Positive Empowering
Relaxing and Calming etc
images, memories, affirmations,self talk scripts etc that you believe in ,connect to that will aid you in maintaining a stress free state of mind and you can access whenever you want
Keep at it daily especially when stressful thoughts come and do not engage them.. let them play out like an old movie while you access your armory
Eventually with effort all that is in your new armory will replace what is in your old armory breaking and changing your stress focused interpretations and helping to create a beautiful new narrative that rejuvenates and energizes your life
Always be on duty ..vigilant..that's how important the gift of your life is
